The Roly® Safeti-Gate is constructed to survive the rigors of day-to-day factory/warehouse activity. Frame components are 3" x 2" 14-gauge rectangular tubing. Overhead reinforcing channels are made from 14-gauge tubular steel. Gates are 1" x 1" x 1/8" square tubing with vertical reinforcing members welded to the horizontal rails. |  |

In most situations,
mezzanine gate installation requires only two people. With no previous experience,
the crew can usually install the unit in less than three hours. Assembly
can be done with basic hand tools - appropriate socket wrenches and screwdrivers.
The unit must be securely anchored to the mezzanine floor.
